First buildings for Kleinstadt

The first four buildings for Kleinstadt are finished.  All are N scale railway buildings that I have painted (with the excpetion of that wonderful frescoes and the patterned tiled roof on the tower).  I have also weathered t hem using a combination of techniques.  I've learnt a lot and really enjoyed doing these.

No basing yet as this will be done once all buildings are done for the town and I can work out what bases are needed where.

 

Another TBM 20mm building

Really like these buildings.  

Would like to get some leaf litter to put into the edges of that carriageway as if they have been blown there.

ECW Inn finished

Applied various pastels - but need to get some to help with creating a "greeny" mossy colour in areas of the roof.  Also my first serious go with tufts and flowers etc from MiniNature.

Progress on the ECW building

Almost done on the colours - just windows, metalwork and shutters to finish.  Then will apply a few pastels and some foliage / weeds etc around it.

Hopefully done by end of teh weekend.

A new building company

Got a few of the 20mm buildings from Total Battle Miniatures http://www.totalbattleminiatures.com/index.html together with some 6mm ones (more on that later).

Thought I would try one out so this is first.
